I accidentally ordered two of the same bouquets and gemma flowers called me back ASAP responding to my voicemail. Mind you this was at 7:30 at night. I also messed up my recipient address and Gemma flowers picked up the flowers from the wrong delivery address, found the correct delivery address and redelivered the flowers. Talk about customer service. Gemma flowers goes above and beyond! Thank you guys so much!

I live out of state and use Gemma Floral delivery every Mother’s Day to send my mom a designer’s choice bouquet. They are always stunning arrangements, they arrive when scheduled, and it’s very easy to order. Can’t recommend Gemma Floral enough!

I ordered a $75 designers choice bouquet online. I was very impressed with the quantity and quality of the flowers!! I would highly recommend.

Although the actual bouquet may not precisely match the photo, its temperament will. Occasionally, substitutions of flowers and/or containers happen due to weather, seasonality and market conditions which may affect availability.
